To My Sister
Top 10 Things I have learned from Laurie:
10. The best way to teach somebody to ride a bike is NOT to push them down a hill.
9. You can't lie about your sister getting her arm broke while you are supposed to be babysitting her.
8. When you are 13, any night can be prom night.
7. Sometimes it is better to let highschool and highschool friends fade away.
6. Layer, Layer, Layer
5. Get used to hearing "I've been there" and to have to see the 10,000 pictures to prove it.
4. You may not have the money to shop at Banana Republic, but that's why they created "Clearance Sections".
3. The friends you make in college (although you may fight like sisters) are the ones you keep for a lifetime.
2. Ice cream/coffee/chocolate are all staples for ANY diet.
and the #1 thing I've learned....
1. YOU REALLY CAN BE 30 AND FABULOUS!! (a quote from Carrie Bradshaw 'Sex in the City')
