Disappointment

I know its been a while since I have posted anything. Some of it has to do with my laziness.
Some of it is because I'm actually busy with work and traveling (can you call weekend trips to Cali traveling?) But I digress....

I love the fall. The leaves turning colors, the sweaters coming out of the basement and into my closet, the warmth of the blankets and post-season baseball.

HOWEVER... a little part of me keeps getting crushed every year. We watch the Cardinals play so good for 6 months. Then post-season comes and they loose it. I don't know if I can take much more of this. I get sooo excited, then worried, then excited again. I'm truely an emotional wreck for most of October. All of this to just end up disappointed year after year.

I'll forever remain a Cards fan. Maybe the new stadium will change things. Oh well, time to put the baseball jerseys away for now. Spring training isn't that far away.....
