Happy Thanksgiving!

As I sit and wait patiently for this day to end so I can begin my holiday travels, I thought I would share with you all a true story that happened to me last week. I think after reading it, we will all have one more thing to be thankful for tomorrow.

*Scene opens with a construction foreman-mid 40's- looking at diagrams in my construction trailer*
Foreman: Wow, this week has gone really fast.
Me: Yep. Next week will be even more crazy.
Foreman: Oh, that's right, Thanksgiving. What day is that?
Me: Day or date?
Foreman: Day.
Me: Thursday.
Foreman: Oh, good that means next year it should be on Friday. A three-day weekend is always nice.
